Supporting Employers

We work to support employers as they build and expand their family-friendly policies and practices. We work with all kinds of employers - business, non-profit, government, and educational. We are committed to ensuring that workplaces remain vibrant and successful during the development and implementation of their own, unique family-friendly policy framework. We know that each workplaces vary and that their policies should reflect a union between best practices and their specific workplace context.

We are currently convening a Work That Works Task Force to explore various family-friendly workplace policy models. This Task Force will explore the benefits of family-friendly practices in a variety of employment settings and identify employers who have experience implementing them. The work of the Task Force will help us build further trainings and mentorship opportunities for employers looking to build a family-friendly work environment.
